- Contact information you submit through our demo form, including your first name and mobile phone number.
- Consent records, including the date and time you opted in, your IP address, browser user-agent, the page URL where you opted in, and the exact disclosure text you agreed to.
- Message activity related to SMS we send you and keywords you reply with (e.g. STOP, HELP).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to send you the demo SMS you requested, to send recurring marketing and informational messages about CapLead (up to 4 messages per month), to honor opt-out requests, to comply with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier requirements, and to improve our services.
3. SMS Messaging Program
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS messages from CapLead at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any CapLead service. Message frequency varies (up to 4/month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile information and consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our messaging program (for example, our SMS delivery provider) under contracts that require them to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain consent records for as long as required by applicable law and carrier rules, and we retain contact information for as long as you remain opted in plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and recordkeeping.
6. Your Choices
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at the email below.
