These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CapLead's website, demo, and SMS messaging program, operated by Empowered Solutions Ltd. ("CapLead", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CapLead provides an automated SMS reminder and follow-up system designed for businesses and professionals. The live demo on this site allows prospective users to experience the service by receiving a sample automated text message. All other features and capabilities described on our website are subject to separate subscription or service agreements.

3. SMS / Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS messages from CapLead at the number you provided. Message frequency varies (up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of any CapLead service.

Supported carriers include major U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or subscriber of the mobile number you submit. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it in any unlawful manner. We may suspend or terminate access for any user at our discretion.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered on time or at all.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapLead and Empowered Solutions Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The current effective date is stated at the top of this page.
